Shipping times are based on the rates chosen

Instructions comes with your order via email which means it is digital because we have videos we can't include in paper instruction. Therefore instructions with not arrive with product.

We can only cancel any order within 12 hours of it being placed or else we have already processed the order and we can not cancel it!
